So in the last 14 days I have lost 14lbs. It has been kind of hard, but surprisingly easy to stick too. There are times that I want to munch on something that I am not suppose too. But I have decided that when I get the munchies that I will just drink glass of water. That tends to help.
I am so excited that I have found something that has helped me to loose weight. And that I seem to be able to stick to it. Or maybe it is just that I am finally ready to loose the weight. Anyway, I am so excited with my progress. It has been exciting to get up every morning and weigh my self to see how much I have lost.
